Quorum - Board Game

Each player starts with 4 cards in hand; on their turn, they will draw a card from a common market and then play a card from their hand into the playing area, influencing one of the provinces on the board. Once these two steps are resolved, the turn passes to the player to their right, and so on until all players have 12 cards in front of them (each having played a total of 12 turns).
